Appointments and Scheduling

All visits will require a deposit or incur a fee if not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to appointment time.

Initial Visits

All initial visits require a $50 deposit. This deposit will be credited towards the total cost of your visit. Deposits for visits not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to appointment time will be forfeited. Another deposit will be required in order to reschedule the appointment.

Routine Visits

All routine visits are subject to a charge of 50% of the cost of the visit if not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to appointment time. This charge will be added to your account and is to be paid at your next visit.

Acute Visits

All acute visits are subject to a charge of 50% of the cost of the visit if not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to appointment time. This charge will be added to your account and is to be paid at your next visit.
