At Compass Health Clinic we offer affordable cash base services (no insurances accepted, though we do accept HSA/FSA). We want to be sure that cost does not keep you from getting well so we will work with you. We recommend considering one of our Annual Health Plans and choosing which one is right for you.

Annual Health Memberships
All plans are for one year beginning on the date of initial consultation. By signing up for a plan you agree to a one year commitment. Prices are for cash payments made in full. Payment plans are available and have different pricing. Call for details. Recommendations are made based on your assessed health needs. Number of visits includes your initial intake (first visit and follow up). Non plan visits will be phased out as more people become plan members. Join us for the natural health care you deserve!

Basic Health Plan
Most patients start with this plan when facing a chronic health issue, includes monthly naturopathic care plus a treatment.
Doctor’s Choice Plan
Patient’s whose health concerns require a monthly, dedicated visit with the doctor plus an additional monthly naturopathic treatment. Visits can be scheduled as needed, not to exceed 25 total (acute visits not included in total). Any combination of visits and treatments over 25 will be charged at the plan rate.
Optimal Health Plan
Recommended for patients who are dealing with chronic issues and need more of our valuable, naturopathic treatments. Visits can be scheduled as needed, not to exceed 50 total (acute visits not included in total). Any combination of visits and treatments over 50 will be charged at the plan rate.
Sustain Your Health Plan
A maintenance plan for those who are relatively healthy.
Corporate/Business Plans
Contact the office if you would like to offer our services as a benefit to your employees. We have many options and can taylor a plan to your price point and coverage needs.
Fine Print
If after the first two (2) visits you choose to join a plan, your Initial Visit (fee only, supplements and extras do not apply) will be absorbed into the total. We can adjust your plan based on your treatment needs, if necessary. Plan totals are based on cash payments made in full. Any payment arrangements made for plans over time will have a higher total than the paid in full price. Discounts for payments made with cash or check. Ask about our discounts for college students with a parent on a plan. Children on a plan with a parent receive the same benefits as the parent with the highest value plan. If a partner decides to join a plan, the price of the plan will be reduced by a percentage determined by the plan they choose. Product discounts for partners with different plans will be the greater of the two plans for both partners.
Specialty Plans
Our Specialty Plans are tailored for those who would like to add additional visits for specific treatments to their current plan or would like to come exclusively for the selected treatment. All new patients require an initial session for the doctor to assess your health status and needs. These plans require the patient to meet certain qualifications. Not all patients will meet requirements to receive these treatments as they may have conditions where the treatment is contraindicated. See below for specifics of each treatment.
Acupuncture
Treatment using specialized needles for specific conditions and complaints.
Initial Consultation - $200 (includes assessment and treatment)
Subsequent visits - $130
Series of 10+ visits - $84 each with signed agreement
Acudetox
Using the NADA protocol five small, sterilized disposable needles gentle placement of up to into specific sites on each ear. Treatment is for mental and emotional health concerns including but not limited to: addictions, cravings, PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and others.
Initial Consultation - $100 (includes assessment and treatment)
Subsequent visits - $65 each
Series of 10+ visits - $50 each with signed agreement
