$1000* per year or $100 per month for adults, $100 per year or $10 per month for children age 5-18 with parents on the Optimal plan. For children under 5 consult the doctor to see if they fit in the plan.

*Individual house calls are an additional $40 added to the therapy of your choice. (ex: Initial acupuncture + house call is $69+$40=$109).

All Solterra Residents do not have to pay the house call added fee.
